A long-time resident of Hardin County, KY, Vickie sells residential and commercial properties in the Ft. Knox area Hardin, Meade, and Larue Counties. Specializing in military relocation, first-time home buyers and foreclosures and pre-forclosures, her multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to her clients. Vickie takes great pride and specializes in finding first time home buyers the right home for them in the quickest time possible and with easy financing often with low down payments. Utilizing the latest internet technologies, Vickie is able to expertly market and find homes for owner occupants and investors. Vickie graduated from North Hardin High School in Radcliff, KY. She has also earned degrees from Morehead State University, Jefferson Community College, the University of Maryland, and holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Oklahoma. A first class education combined with years of learning in the field has served her well. In addition, she is a member of the Heart of Kentucky Association of Realtors (HKAR), Greater Louisville Association of Realtors (GLAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Becky has been involved in real estate for over 20 years. Throughout her career, she has experience in conventional mortgage lending, titles, and acquisitions. When she is not helping clients find their perfect home, she is employed by a Louisville law firm as a paralegal, working diligently for clients of the law firm in real estate and other matters before the court. Becky’s time away from work is spent with her two grandchildren, family and friends. Becky’s hobbies include shooting archery, volunteering for community actions and camping. Becky is your “go to” real estate agent for country living or helping broker a deal for the perfect vacation home on the lake.
Jeff’s combination of education and experience in office administration, mingled with his ability to communicate efficiently and effective with people, has equipped Jeff to be an asset in the field of teaching. He processes legal matters and all new business inquiries (including court appearances), prepares attorney correspondence and insurance claim follow-up.
Jeff is the Pastor at Crossroads Baptist Church. He is also the Property/Account Manager for First Time, Inc in Elizabethtown, KY. With hands-on experience in property management, Jeff’s teaching is enhanced with real-life stories that he has experienced in the real estate field.
